March 3, 2010: Commonwealth v. Shanice Upshur-Spratley: Shanice Upshur-Spratley is scheduled to appear in courtroom C at 11th and Wharton on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 for a preliminary hearing. Upshur-Spratley is facing aggravated assault charges after she allegedly assaulted a police officer on February 23, 2010 on the 2100 block of Moore Street.
