Philadelphia– 39 year old Mustafa Ali was found guilty of two counts of 1st Degree Murder and related charges today. Ali was accused of killing two armored car guards at a Northeast Philadelphia ATM in the course of a robbery on October 4, 2007. The victims, 54 year old Joseph Alullo and 65 year old William Widmaier, were both retired Philadelphia Police Officers. The penalty hearing will take place on Friday, February 19, 2010 at 9am during which the jury will make a determination about whether Ali will be sentenced to death or face life in prison.
Guilty Verdict in the Capital Murder Case of Mustafa Ali
