Duane Stays aka “Homicide Whiz” gets up to 30 Years in Prison


Philadelphia, April 30, 2010:   Duane Stays the “Homicide Whiz” was sentenced to 15 to 30 years in prison today.  Stays was convicted by a jury in March of Aggravated Assault and Possessing a Firearm as a Convicted Felon for the 2008 shooting of Nasir Farlow.  Farlow was shot three times while he was running away from the defendant at 57th and Chester Ave.  ADA William Davis successfully prosecuted this case.
