Eileen O’Neill sentenced to House Arrest


July 15, 2013:  Eileen O’Neill was sentenced today to 6 to 23 months of house arrest followed by 2 years probation by the Honorable Jeffrey P. Minehart.  O’Neill was also sentenced to 100 hours of community service.   She is scheduled to turn herself into to authorities on July 30, 2013 in courtroom 907 at the CJC.

 Eileen O’Neill was found guilty in May 2013 of Conspiracy and Theft charges for her involvement with the illegal practices at The Women’s Medical Society in West Philadelphia.  O’Neill and Kermit Gosnell were co-defendants in Gosnell’s Capital Murder trial.  Gosnell was convicted of three First Degree Murder charges and is currently servicing life in prison without the possibility of parole.
