Three Charged with Death of North Philadelphia Man

September 6, 2013:  The Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office has charged 34 year old Keith Tolbert and 21 year old Angel Weston with Murder, Conspiracy, Robbery, Promoting Prostitution, Solicitation of Prostitution, Unlawful Restraint, Theft, PIC, Abuse of a Corpse and False Imprisonment for the death of 40 year old Francis Zarzyeki.  

22 year old Stephanie Foulke is facing Murder, Conspiracy to Commit Murder, Robbery, Unlawful Restraint, Theft, PIC, Abuse of Corpse, and False Imprisonment charges for her involvement in the death of Francis Zarzyeki. 

Zarzyeki’s decomposed body was retrieved from the Schuylkill River on Tuesday, September 3, 2013, wrapped inside a trash bag without his head, legs and arms. 

All three defendants were arraigned this morning, they are being held without bail and all are scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on September 25, 2013 in courtroom 306.
