Commonwealth v. John Fleet

February 8, 2010: Commonwealth v. John Fleet:  33 year old John Fleet is due in court for a preliminary arraignment hearing on Monday, February 8, 2010.  Fleet is charged with setting a 4 month old pit bull puppy on fire in his North East Philly home on January 25, 2010.  Fleet is scheduled to appear in Juvenile court in courtroom B at 9am.
